The conference will review and discuss the global successful e-Transformation efforts towards advancement and raising the level of Smart Government and Cities competencies particularly in the era, of 5G technologies, artificial intelligence, blockchain, IoT and other advanced technologies: it has therefore become critically important to align with digital and knowledge transformation by developing progressive strategies and harmonizing the organizations towards 2020 and to work towards achieving the global competitiveness.
